Our sponsored Quantity Surveying Masters programme creates gateways for non-technical staff to progress their career pathway with Omnium by not only gaining a relevant qualification but also by receiving the support, guidance, experience and professional CPD required to start a successful QS career.
Omnium’s unique APC mentoring programme is one of the first globally to receive the RISE Corporate Support Scheme certification from RICS, recognising best practice in support for candidates pursuing MRICS or AssocRICS qualifications and endorsing Omnium’s support, training, innovation and collaboration in shaping careers for our colleagues.
Looking ahead, FUTURE also engages the next generation of talent, linking with universities and local schools to offer valuable work experience through a comprehensive internship programme and ‘A Day In The Life of a QS’ work experience scheme.
